"Muscle Building In A Rush" Week 1
1a: Standard Deadlift (4 reps)
1b: Shoulder DB Press (4 reps)
1c: Chin Up (4 reps)

Perform 4 reps for each set (1a, 1b, 1c)
without taking a break in between sets.
Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.

  • there is no "fast" muscle building unless you roid or have beginner gains. All half decent programs build muscles as long as you are consistent.

  • This free videos are like "Demos" if u every use "Demo" program u get only like half of stuff to give it a try.

    When u purchase whole Vince program you get everything there, so no its not just 3 exercises , its a lot more , and its really really good stuff, im speaking from my own experiences.

  • @orks2 its called mass growth efficiency, where they used the metaphor "Muscle building in a rus" i might be wrong.
