You can eat more or less unlimited quantities of fruit healthfully.

Protein and phosphorous are a limiting factor for grains, beans, nuts, seeds, dairy, and meat.

Get http://cronometer.com if you want to look at nutritional profiles.

Read up on: the Maximal Rate of Urea Synthesis, tolerable upper limit of phosphorous (from Linus Pauling Institute), search google for Linnaeus and Darwin + frugivore, read 80/10/10

  • top stuff yes yes yes

  • I really ask myself. If those people posting bullshit like this are actually serious. He's talking about evidence and all that kind of stuff without ever showing any of it. Yet he completly ignores everything that contradicts what those morons like him claim.

  • @kratosSOZ sun does cause sun cancer to fat ridden bodies . Eat fruit and the sun is your friend

  • way too go man, this is the truth. Fruit is wat all humans should be eating instead of everything else

  • @8Novalis sun doesnt cause skin cancer. government just says that to keep u out of sun so u get sick more so u go to the doctor more

  • I too have found that cantaloupes are one of those fruits I feel like I could live on completely without any other fruit. It matches my needs so damn well. Maybe a little more water than necessary sometimes, but I'm very glad I have that water whenever I decide to walk far distances in tropical sun or just run at any time, so perhaps it is never really too much. ;) The other fruit I really like is durian, I have dreams of mono-eating those someday as well.
