yet there are people who wish to do the very same to the 2nd Amendment rights you know the one that gives you the right to bear arms. you don't hear to many people getting up in an uproar about that when the government legitimately infringes on that Amendment. And again something like this would never pass and hell they already pulled it.

the Supreme Court is made up of several Judges, that work as judge and jury, who have to all be convinced. someone may be able to bribe one but not all. and if they aren't all convinced on the verdict it will always be not guilty.

You don't have to convince a judge, just bribe one. There are good judges of course, who will do their job properly, but there are also dirty ones. The dirty ones are what you have to worry about.
