AC/DC - Ballbreaker - Album Review

Review of Ballbreaker.
Angus and Malcolm talk about Rick Rubin who produced the Ballbreaker album with AC/DC.
This album is by far the worst they ever did in my opinion!
Flick of the Switch and Fly on the Wall are so much better.
And also I cant understand why they didnt put the song "Big Gun" on the album, wich is an amazing track.

Ballbreaker is a great album especially Hard as a Rock,Cover you in Oil,The Furor,Burnin' Alive and Ballbreaker were the highlights but they should have put Big Gun in it and then this album would be Brians Best (except for Back in Black of corse)

Yea its a shame that Big Gun wasnt on it. Its one of their best tracks ever! Though I really dont like that album for some reason. Hard as a Rock, Cover you in Oil, great tracks but its something else. To me it just doesnt feels like an AC/DC album.

AC/DC have always had silly lyrics. I actually think that Ballbreaker has some of their better ones.

I'm rather surprised at how much flak the album has got. I think it's bloody amazing, just for Whiskey On the Rocks alone.

I think that album is sheer trash. Hard as a Rock and Cover you in Oil are good. Big Gun would have been awsome too. But the rest, dont tell me Flick of the Switch or Fly on the Wall wouldnt beat it.

when i first bought ballbreaker, i only enjoyed had as a rock, cover you in oil and ballbreaker the song. but since, its really grown on me. burnin alive is awesome. and so is the furor, boogie man, whisky on the rocks, hail ceasar, the honey roll and love bomb! the only track im not crazy about is caught with your pants down, but its not too bad. i think its a great album!

I am a big acdc fan but have never owned this album. So i bought it a week ago and i must say the album hasn't impressed me that much. Songs are too repetitive and sound like other acdc songs that ive heard before. Hard as a rock, the honey roll, love bomb are prob my favs on the album. Its ok, 3 of 5

I would rate this album a 2 out of 5. Its just not AC/DC to me it just too boring and slow. Stiff Upper Lip was bit better but nothing that really stood out. In my opinon the 90's was a bad year for acdc.
