Obama the icon man could have morphed into a transformational president for our still left democracy. Instead, as we now know, he was groomed all along his way by handlers who served the national elite. Goldman Sachs, Rockefeller & O are at the top of this elite. O has solidified and expanded W's attack on our civil rights. O now wants the "kill switch" to shut down the internet under any "threat" to our "national security." Folks like Ron Paul look much better than another term for O in 2012.

Tyrants could misuse Liberal Democracy. Liberal Democracy is simply tool that could be used or misused for good or bad.

Now, this is nonsense. Obama is not a communist nor a socialist nor an hegelian. He is a Liberal Progressive who is CONTROLLED by his advisers! Babeuf ideas are anarchistic that is the removal of private property without state intervention(slow evolutionary process). If he followed the spirit of Andrew Jackson..well??? Democracy is LIBERALISTIC !!!

Liberal democracy doesn't need a force to challenge it; it is inherently unstable and must eventually, and inevitably, consume itself.

Nice essay. Your choice of images & where you placed them was inspired also. Maybe U could lower the input level so there won't be distortion next time.
On Hegel:
Thesis: Republicans bleed the poor; Antithesis: Democrats bleed the rich.
Synthesis: US is neutralized. Bankers collect.
Thesis: Power vacuum results.
Antithesis: EU, Russia, & China step forward
Synthesis: New power struggle circa 1900's
and we are one small step from open (rather than covert) feudalism.
