He is now a consultant at Total Nutrition, a supplement and health food store located in Los Angeles, California. He is very knowledgeable in health and the philosophies of life.   • @lovesgibson IF you are on steroids you can train however you want. If you aren't you need to train smarter. Full body workouts 3x a week, 1-2 hours long is the best method.

  • Continuity, rhythm and groove. Not sure what they mean in the context of bodybuilding. I'll work each body part once a week and allow recovery and growth.

  • @blindmellonchittlen I hoped mryorkier answered that. But I really thank you. Personally , I obbey 2 days for recovery . I think the best for mantaining adherence to training, is to do few exercises, with maximum amount of reps and weigh , the fast as you can . One kind of exercise for each principal muscular group. No more. Smaller muscles also grow, while helping the others.Workout becomes very short , without any embrace for daily life activities. But I assure you astonishing results.

  • @miguelmouta Great question, Im 51, recently discovered the best is 3 days between bodyparts, has been working awesome,gained 2 inches on my arms in one yr. Workout every other day, push then pull. Hit me up if want my routine. Tryed the one bodypart a week, its so much bullshit.
