  • Ik hou van your translation which appears to be a literal translation, nice work! I really appreciate both subtititles, and where you have placed them. Lekker mij vriend.

  • haha thank you for the lovely comment! Though lekker mij vriend

lekker is more like 'tasty' when you talk about food and means 'hot' when talking about people it's not as universal as the word 'nice' ;)

  • English sounds a lot like Dutch because it's a Germanic language with linguistic roots similar to Dutch/Danish/Swedish/Norwegian/Icelandic/German. But since English was mixed with Roman languages like French and Latin (from the Roman occupation onwards, and later the Norman invasions which created a Norman/French speaking upper class in England), it sounds slightly different then the other Germanic languages.

  • Pia Douwes :)

  • Aan de ene kant helemaal herkenbaar Pia, maar aan de andere kant helemaal herkenbaar Pocahontas. I love it!

  • ...hihihi...*smirks* dutch sounds funny to me :D ..

    but it's a nice version^^

  • @cOcOmOo92 Or all Germanic languages have the same roots and thus sound alike or look similar :)

  • Inplaats van 'new' tussen haakjes te zetten, had je beter gewoon kunnen vertalen met 'another'

  • Kocoum btw :p

  • @Diaan1991 Omdat het Brits Engels is? Dat is toch nog steeds juist Engels.

  • @millie1235 dat de vertaling naar het engels niet klopt!!! duh -_-' !!
