Rule #1. Just assume a woman is lying. Rule #2. If a women doesn't care who you are with or where you have been (even if it as act) then by all means, make sure you have something on the side. That way when she is will only see you 2 days a week, you don't care because the other 4 are filled. (rest for a day). Rule #3. Any woman who expects expensive gifts isn't worth the trouble.

Some of your opinion are right but most is excessive.

There are times in the relationship where the man seems needy and there are times when the woman seems needy thats natural.

The woman who wrote that book must think that every second guy she comes across is a CEO – don’t all women? – they don’t know that the average guy just doesn’t have the resources, and women often feel they are settling for a lesser man when really they’re not.

Not always possible for women to get their own money, that's why they called it marriage. I blame no fault divorce laws for making marriage the scam it now has become.

Probably more loyal cheaper in the long run. The financial risks for contemplating relationships now are probably not worth it especially at your stage of life.

Ok, so the kind of man that women would want to trap in this way is a wealthy man, or a man with excellent financial prospects. But honestly, if it's money we want, we can get our own. That way, we can just be ourselves with any potential mate, and if he sticks around, great! If not, who needs him. Some of these "tricks" I might employ just to protect myself emotionally. But if I want to be with someone, and he's available, life is just too short to play games. Why marry anyway?
