During the 2011 gathering of the Left Forum in NYC, the U.S. government launched over 100 Cruise Missiles on Libya. On this video, Sunsara Taylor reads a short statement of condemnation of this action and is joined by hundreds in enthusiastic applause. Through this video message a great many of those in attendance call on people throughout the country -- especially students -- to act against this outrage that is being carried out in our names.

  • I read that the bombs dropped on Libya have depleted uranium heads, which if true means the rebels posing victoriously at bomb sites are in danger of radiation poisoning from the dust that settles at the sites post explosion. True/False?

  • Can't disagree more, the simplification of the problems is embracing at best, but her enthusiasm is inspiring.

  • Citizens of the US- DO SOMETHING! Write a letter, send money, write a comment in you paper, protest, run for office, talk to your neighbors, go to peace meetings, help get petitions signed, support a candidate from the Green Party, buy a book, support or create a website. These are a few of the things I have done, my website is wanacare.ning.com.

  • utterly nailed exactly what needs to be said in about a minute.

    epic doesnt cover it

  • An eye for an eye will leave the whole world blind... to stop violence negotiation must be done and not the violence
