This is stupid, this is merely clips from the first movie. Butterfly Effect 2 sucked, wheat makes you think that they'd ever risk it on a third one?

2. Yeah. The Butterfly Effect 2 did suck in compare to the first Butterfly Effect movie. Moreover, the whole cast was replaced, and didn't have much in common with the first movie.

This "teaser" is only my opinion on how 'The Butterfly Effect 2' should have been like.

In my opinion, the movie should have been about the life of Jason Treborn, the father of Evan Treborn.

We already know how it ends though.

The movie shows us that his father, who was able to change events in his life - much like Ewan, learns not to tamper with fate and eventually condemns himself to live in a mental hospital in order to save his wife and son.

none of the 3 have any relation to one another.

the themes are similar but you do not need to watch the first 2 to understand the 3rd

that being said, the first one was by far the best. the second one was a joke. all the hype for the "sequel" plus they tried to hard to make it different from the first. it ended up being a load of bull.

This used to be a drama/suspense movie..., remember the 1st one? it was a Masterpiece! Now, they've turned it into some kind of Horror movie. Seriously, this shit just sucks.

3rd is not so bad, still not comparable with 1st. I thought it could've made much more sense if he got the new memory after he changed past and jumped back, just like in the first movie.
