I have danced this and worked with Fosse. Give them credit for figuring it out..and getting those bad dancers to do it.

WOW! THIS WAS TRULY AMAZING! Your choreographer nailed the replication! Very ambitious for a highschool since the subject matter often prohibits productions (GYPSY likewise has that problem.) Your Charity danced it beautifully. Guys! Impressive! How did you ever get that many guys to do Fosse? Thanks and good luck!

WHO CARES who choreographed it?? What matters is these students are AMAZING!! Appreciate their talent!! My high school are 2 weeks into this production, and if you saw all the effort and time people put into shows like this and thought of how talented these people are, you wouldnt care if they copied the work from the film. That doesn't matter!!! What's important is the potetial these students have!! So stop moaning!!

That's because it IS Fosse. The "choreographer" of this show copied his work pretty much step for step.

Well, I hope your progams and flyers gave credit to BOB FOSSE as choreographer because this is pretty much and exact copy of his work.

It was a while ago, but I remember some Fosse references in both the progam book and the program book. I'm sure that the cast would take it as a compliment that they could accurately execute "and exact copy" [your spelling sucks - slow down] of Fosse's work.

The excellent choreographer viewed the Ed Sullivan Show clip [Gwen performing the song from the current B'way show], took lots of notes, taught the boys how to move, then dance, then do the steps, then function as a tight unit. Fhew! ..Same for the girl playing Charity. Then the musical director taught the group how to sing while doing it all!!! Well, that's 6 minutes completed - now for the other 2 hours!!!!!
