Rhoda -missing scene

The missing scene from the first episode of RHODA. This scene never made it to into syndication or to the dvd release, apparently Fox cannot find the film footage and the original master has deteriorated....no one ever thought to call Bob, now did they? LOL.

I do get cross on season one,the comment the best surviivng masters,in other words these are old syndicated prints,edited and in terrible picture quality,we're chucking out on DVD.

I will say in fainess Shout are listening,season2 was excellent,uincut and great picture quality,just ordered season3 of Rhoda from the US.

Thank You for taking the time to write them as well as SO MANY of us great fans of great tv. Only trouble is if they RE-release it. One must pay again for company mistakes. Sometimes I feel it's a game to gain more funding instead of doing better research or HIRING a soul fan to view the tapes before transfer and marketing.

I emailed Shout and they said the may re-release season1 of Rhoda unedited after all of Rhoda is out on DVD.

This is from the UK Family Channel airing. We need to get ANYONE who recorded Rhodas off of this ASAP to add to what we got from our Scotland liaison. Especially anything S1 that showed up edited on the official DVDs!
