easy way to get rayquaza

I was on my way to get Rayquaza when my max repel ran out. Then out of nowhere a Latias popped up. I was really excited because I already went to the other island and got Latios already. I mean the odds of getting Latias were pretty low and I was really surprised. Anyways, getting back to Rayquaza, I hope you guys like the easier way to get rayquaza then taking forever with a mach bike. And i swear that i didn't cheat for Latias (just getting that through to you guys) I only had walk through walls, re-battle Rayquaza, and access pc from anywhere on. Plus some master codes. Enjoy! ^^

I understand why people think this is a clear cheat and would've thought so myself had it not happened to me (but with Latios). Was in the water, right outside the tower and Latios appeared. And I play on a completely cheat free version. Guess its just very strange mechanics.
