It rained, it thundered, but what you see here is only about half of what showed up in the final tally. The support of the British car group to their favorite make is outstanding. Yes, they all started afterwards, some having had soaked engines from hoods being left open when caught in sudden deluges of rain.

  • Fantastic turn out and some beautiful cars. The TR8 looks great, they're rare even here. Obviously it's great to see a 109" too, it's a Series III so a similar year to mine, but with more standard parts.

  • The cars were so nice, and the rain so accented the whole show. Yes, the TR8's are so rare in your parts, as the cars were mainly intended for North America. The TR8 of my friend is sweet, barefoot driving (more feel of the pedals for me!) is a treat, and the car gives rubber in the first 4 gears if you want! The 109 inch LR is the one I would like to have, as the ride is a little smoother and you have so much room in it! I figured the LR here was a similar year to yours.

  • Hey... The GT6 was not worthy of a comment.. Shez.

  • With my apologies to this slip up, there were so many cars, I was awed, and unfortunately slipped up on this, I missed mention of many here, but at least they are recorded for all to see!

  • Hey no worry. You were 1 step on me. I never even thought of doing a video.

  • Thanks! A barefoot step at that!

  • Many of them indeed. And in almost any color you could hope for that one would look nice in!

  • Very cool. Lots of MG's

  • Yes, the vast majority of these older British cars have Positive grounded systems.

  • I watched muted, but don't the older british cars have reverse electrical systems?
