Another speedpaint of a wolf. This is a maned wolf, endangerd species.

I ADORE maned wolves for alot of things, their big ears, their wonderful pelts, their long legs and i had to draw one. Just after i finished the sketch idecided to make ita speedpaint.

No clue if the music will work or not.

  • I for one think this looks really great just strech the main body out a bit and you have it :D (not trying to be rude or anything it's just a sugestion)

  • @FirePhonixWolf Noooo you arn't being rude hehe. I know i have a hell of alot of mistakes on this picture and i have advanced since i drew it. I realy need to post a new speedpaint -.-

  • Ashtonishing. I love it. But, with the ears. I believe they should be a bit farther back to show more of the head (crown) but it looks good in your style of art. I would want art lessons from you. Keep on movin in life and working on the skills the mighty Jebus gave you.

I also love your coloring and shading. I don't believe it can get any better than this. What program is this?

  • @Sonyyy145Production Yeah i look back on this wolf and see all my mistakes (ears being one)

Thank you for your nice words and i used photoshop CS3 for the art and hypercam for recording :)

  • The hind legs are bothering me sooo much, and the wolf looks as if it was being squished between two blocks of wall, or something.

The position looks stiff, and unnatural. The face and front quarters look fine tho.

The shading also could do with a bit of work.

You got talent, but you need to polish your style. Using references will help you.

  • This are the sort of comments that won't help her improve.

A polite critic can help her realize some mistakes she might have done, and not realized.

I do art as well, and I hate the type of comments who only praise my work (as yours). I need critics, I need to know what I'm doing wrong, and I'd like to know how to improve.

  • Good job. But the song was kinda depressing.

  • this is really good i likes it :)

  • @FirePhonixWolf 0.0 I think the screen was just kinda scrunched up for the viddie

  • I wish i could draw like this, my drawings are shitish.

  • woa, amazing! watch my vidoes^^

  • Just need to work on the legs and position =^_^=

Position is a bit unnatural. It looks like its backing up which is quite rare, or right about to jump(Which is also rare)

The legs should all be realitvly the same length ( Your back legs are longer then the front)

But over all better then me. :)

  • Your a REALLY good drawer o: I wish I drew good like you :3

  • I'm subbing just cuz of this speedpaint. XD Btw there are a few problems with it like how it looks like it is dancing and the back legs are a little off, besides that, you got some skills!

  • If you already know this, sorry, just being a informative bitch XD

They aren't really wolves, they're in a different family. They look like wolves, but they're more like foxes on stilts. Thought that was an interesting fact ;) Anyway, beautiful drawing.

  • @OMFGMOO Yup. It's the song Hello by Evenscence. And just for a little info on the song, she dedicated this to her little sister when she had passed away. I believe she was only 2 or 3 when her younger sister passed away.
