I poke myself in the eyes everytime I see the lists of greatest guitarists. Everytime - Slash, Angus Young, Kirk Hammett but NO Andy? Not that I don't like those guitarists, they make great solos, but can't even begin to compete with Andy at skills

I learned with Latimer that life is like an explosion. When we are born, we begin that explosion, until it fades away when our body is dead. What we do in between is to give of our potential, what we hold inside, our soul to the world. And Latimer puts out his soul on the stage. There is no flesh or bones. Just his soul in a huge blast. Reality then becomes something else: all is transcended and only his musical soul remains. Just listen to ICE, for example.

Andy Latimer is also one the greatest composers ever. His music comes from within, transmitting to us his wonderful inner landscape. Every note he plays describes this landscape that we can only hear and imagine. And what an amazing landscape it is!
