Orange Fire Ball UFO observed from Beeston in Leeds - 20/01/11 - 7:15pm HD

Time: 7:15 to 7:18

When I was closing the front door after coming home from work, I noticed a bright orange light in the sky, it looked quite a long way away but was very bright. I've seen plenty of helicopters and planes flying over crossflatts park over the years and even satellites being moved and this thing was nothing like anything I have ever seen before.

Looking towards town it moved slowly from left to right, I watched it for a few minutes and then ran upstairs for a better view from the attic and grabbed my HD video recording camera. Even on 16x optical zoom it was still quite a distance away because on maximum zoom it was still just a bright spherical object.

It was a very pale orange colour and appeared to slowly shift colour from fleshy pink to pale orange. It made no sound at all, when ive watched police helicopters searching for people from a distance you can at least hear their engines echoing while theyre in the air.

The object was moving in the opposite direction that incoming planes use when they're coming in to land at the Leeds and Bradford airport. The strangest thing was that it would sporadically stop dead in the sky and then carry on moving. And at one point it was to the east in the direction of crossflatts park then dissapeared and reappeared NNE in the direction of Leeds city center, so there were either two of them that flew identical paths in the sky or the same thing that moved crazy fast in the blink of an eye. When looking at the recorded video I was able to save individual frames and zoom in on the object. On closer inspection it appeared to be be sphere with small bumps clustered around it. Either clustered bumps or a sphere with lights of various intensity on it, making it look like it was clustered with smaller objects. And it also looked like a ball of fire because you can make out what looks to be sparks or flames licking off of it.

The most bizzare thing is that i didnt just lose it from focus, on closer inspection of the video on the pc, the object actually skips through the sky a short distance then quickly does a U-turn and dissapears at an alarming rate in the opposite direction! If you turn the volume up loud, there is a weird whisp sound when the object skips through the air and a moment after the object dissapears there is a faint clap of noise, almost like a distant sonic boom. Bizzare.

@lxTidusxl yeah the object i filmed was travelling sideways for at least 10 minutes, it wasnt a dead sattelite. Plus there were two of the objects, i only managed to get upstairs to the attic window quick enough to record the second one.

@billybifocals If people wan 2 waste their time debunking ur videos thats their loss. All it does is give their ego a well needed boost, so let them have their sad little moment. For any1 to presume they know how a real UFO would move in the sky or what it should look like on film is merely displaying ignorance and a narrow mind. For any1 reading this who thinks they know it all, do research on quantum physics, we have discovered the laws for a small frequency of the light spectrum, the rest???

Last night, in Santiago, Chile, I saw the same object. It had white and red lights, it was shining like a star, but it had those weird changes of light from white to red. It was moving very slowly from right to left, and then it began to go down. Sometimes it dessapear and appear again somewhere near.

Looks like a laser to me. The uneven movement of the dot due to the shaking of hand really gives it away. Its shined onto a wall. Fake.

how can it be a shining star when its hovering very close!! i saw a ufo 24th oct 2011 at 2am, it was hovering and shining very bright so i thought ehhh!! whats that! so i hung out my window kept my eyes onit, then all of a sudden it starts coming my way!!! it stopped shining went in stealth for a second!! then BOOYAA!! all different lights came on spinning in circles it was BEAUTIFUL!!! they are obviously more intelligent beings than us, and 1 day we might actually get to go with them :)

Dude, your video is too freaking ironic b/c I just tried to post a video I captured from my cell phone, perhaps the same evening, but in Columbus, GA, but when I tried to post it, "Youtube" said something like, "bad value." Therefore, it wouldn't allow me to post it. In addition to that, I'm pretty much a virgin to posting things on Youtube. I created my account about three days ago, maybe have posted three or four amateur, bad quality videos, but working on it. Anywho, I saw the same thing !!
