Our large, comfortable 5,300 square foot, luxury custom 5 BR 6 bath Sunrise Mountain vacation home in Las Vegas is designed for relaxing and unwinding in style - both indoors and outdoors.

Maximum occupancy is 16 people. All five bedrooms have ample storage and creature comforts. There is a flat screen TV in each bedroom. There are two king beds, one queen bed, two full beds, and the fifth bedroom includes 4 twin beds. We also provide two portable twin beds and one queen sized air mattress. The large master suite includes a gas fireplace. Relax and unwind in the three indoor Jacuzzi tubs, or in the sauna.

When you are not out on the town, you can lounge all day by the solar heated pool with waterfall and spa with your family and friends. The pool has a water basketball hoop, or you enjoy a game on the bocce ball court. Relax under the gazebo in the large back yard with exotic Southwestern plants and trees, including a Chinese apple tree. There is a gas BBQ grill.

Or relax and unwind in the family room equipped with a large full wet bar, comfortable sectional seating for 20 and seven LCD televisions so you can simultaneously watch every NFL game. Or spread out in the living room with fireplace. You will appreciate the DVD players, free Netflix access, board games and book library.

Note that this home offers an incredible surround sound system throughout the interior and the back yard.

The formal dining room seats 12, and there is also an eat in kitchen with seating for 8.

You will appreciate the custom gourmet kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops. The kitchen includes a large Subzero refrigerator freezer, convection oven, microwave, ovens and beverage cooler.
