Anyone can be Rasta by teaching and learning One Love. To be Rastafari means you do this AND believe Emperor Haile Selassie was Divine. There is no organization to join. It's a personal revelation in the Heart. Color is not an issue and as Morgan Heritage sings, "You don't have to dread to be Rasta."
