Life is so fragile. The older I get (which is still not that old), the more mortal I feel.

Whenever I have emotions to sort out, I play the piano, and writing this song was very therapeutic.


Yet We Walk

Walk through the land of the mortals
Bloody our feet on the way
Waiting for our redemption
Outwardly wasting away

Surrounded by widows and orphans
And some who have only begun
Misery unto misery
Until our journey is done

Leesha, thank you so much for this song, i have never lost anyone at the age i can really understand, but im so terrified of my gran dying that i cant stand to think of it, i actually cryed when i listened to this song, the lyrics are so beautiful that i just can´t explain.

I just wanted to thank you for this song, it´s sad but so beautiful, im so sorry to hear about your friend, a death is always sad but maby not always bad...

Leesha, So sorry to hear about your friends untimely death. Tonight 02/20/08, I walk out of work around 1035pm and saw above the parking lot lights an awesome red moon lunar eclipse. I thought to myself was this the last time I would ever see this sight? Don't we all wonder when our time will end? Then I find this song by you tonight by coinicidence. Life is so fast and fleeting like moon eclipes which are timeless. Thank you for sharing. I hope you saw this eclipse from where you are to.

Don't know if they get You Tube in Heaven, but I kinda figure they hear this song there. Certainly they feel the sentiment.

Though it's worthy of 5 stars, you didn't write this for YT. So I'm not rating it out of respect those you've lost. But next dark night when there's a lunar eclipse, look up... because THAT'S where angels post their stars. I'm sure you'll see many, many of them twinkling back at you for this song and everything else. That's the only rating that counts.

I think its an amazing song and i know you feel very sad i am only 11 and i had a uncle who was close to me died 2years ago he was the best uncle ever but this song made me bring back the good memories and i am a cristian i beileve who ever died,who you miss very much is in heaven. God is watching over you.If they acceted god in ur heart if they didnt just know god is there with they and god will help you with your tradgedy your going through!JUST BELIEVE GOD IS WITH YOU!
