Yes, shrooms can be an entheogen. Cannabis, peyote, DMT, salvia, and even tobacco can be entheogens. An entheogen is a substance (traditionally a plant, but in this day and age it can be just a chemical like LSD) that is used not just for fun, but mainly for spiritual enlightenment. The term entheogen is also very personal, what may be an entheogen to one person, may just be a fun drug to someone else.

Really nicely done video! I couldn't agree with you more on the subject. I myself have a massive collection of entheogens from peyote to ayahusca to ibogaine through everything in between. I very rarely take any of them, but when I do it is a far greater and healthier experience, spiritually and physically, than any drinking session or other commonly used drug could ever be. People need to realise what's out there for cheap, legal and safe exploration of our reality and of ourselves.

you're right, the drugs and experiences they allow (coffee, alcohol, etc) all debase the individual, whereas those that can cleanse and nourish are banned. The the need for Entheogens - and a open discussion of the experience - has never been needed more than now. If life is a story make yours a My and not a His.
