Because that's what sells these days.And because Todd Rundgren's work ethic has pissed off the radio establishment one time too many. His brilliance and refusal to play ball is one of the reasons he's not on a major label anymore, and if you're not on a major labe;, you're nowhere.
That being said, "Arena" is easily one of his best albums in years, and it's a shame he hasn't done more himself to get airplay for it. But that's TR for you...

My secret was putting my teeny tiny digital cam, that is also a video recorder with a 1 gig ram of memory in the bottom of my bottomless pit of a purse. Also sitting in the handicapped section probably helped. There were at least 6 other people taping I hope they share.
