Not calling yourself Post-Rock could ironically be a Post-Rock thing. TWDY are not douchebags at all, from the others interview I saw Godspeed You! Black Emperor called themself a Punk-Rock band, or a Rock band and I can't find an EITS interview talking about the genre. We may all have 'Post-Rock' written on our heart but in the end, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Explosion In The Sky and This Will Destroy You are all amazingly great at making what they does the best : music.

This may sound really weird, but it's so nice to actually hear people mentioning these other post-rock bands in a way other than "have you heard of"
There's so few people I know who even know of these bands :( And that makes me a sad sad panda
