This guy is one of my favorite characters in the game, i think his VA is Liam O'Brian as well (though i'm not sure). Anyways, all you really need to look out for from this guy are his wing lasers, as they hurt.

@nofacenohonor Well my mech is one I made on my own, with a machine gun, Hand missiles, a radar, and a shotgun.

I think to get the back cannons you probably need to do the missions involving Noblesse Oblige or beat him in the arena. I don't remember which or if that is right, lol.
