Ejercicios con el propio peso del cuerpo sin necesidad de máquinas de gimnasio. Parte superior y central del cuerpo:

-Dominadas: dorsales + biceps
-Flexiones de pino: deltoides + pectorales (sección superior) + triceps
-Flexiones en rombo: triceps + pectorales (sección esternal)
-Abdominales
-Lumbares
