Yes, It's 09. Better late than never. I had to re-edit my AX videos due to youtubes new standards.

If the HD version of the video is playing choppy, you can fix that by taking the playback slider and sliding it all the way back to the left (to the beginning of the video) and then letting the video play. It should then play normally.
