Intelligent Design

Snarky Puppy came aboard the Lennon bus at the University of North Texas to record one of their favorite fusion tunes. They brought in all their gear, drums, keys guitars, basses and amps, set up and got right to tracking. The song came together in 5 hours with no problems along the way. You could tell they were all seasoned musicians. The video was to be a journey through photography with a stop motion motif. We traveled to locations around the Denton area to capture the contrast between the boring "cookie cutter" style of living and the more unique constructs. We also captured the contrast between man and nature with a barren stream and farm setting. In the video the flower being plucked symbolizes man pulling apart something beautiful to modify it for a modern lifestyle.
