Can anyone tell me if the underground water or precipitations have changed the projected efficiency of the system?
Isn't it a community too small for this type of project?
Only 200 mm xps top insulation for a seasonal storage? Maybe I've missed something.

A good idea and the way forward but could they not have built a more ascetically pleasing estate??
Has rainwater/greywater recycling been incorporated in the design? What about full ground source heat pumps and the most modern and advanced standards of insulation??
Without utilising all of the energy saving methods that are available, then the project is merely a 'token gesture'.
However, still a step in the right direction.
