Koopa takes liddnapping to a whole different level. Tanks bombs troops gun ships.

the easiest way to pass lava level is next (my brother teach me): go like small mario, and swim in the lava. then some boats come, just let that the ship push you down and press jump buttom (i dont remember wich one is...) and you will never die (exept you make it wrong or you are using big mario. for the others the P wings make your life easier!

@dafutureiznow32 yep, you can still swim under the sub, but for some reason on the snes version, I could not get up to the pipe at the end of the level. Not sure if that was just bad gameplay on my part or if they took that out for the snes version. I usually had to kill myself and do the level the 'right' way.

@Xunkun it's possible to get enough flutes in world 1 to get to world 8, and it's also possible(but it takes some crazy timing) to hop from cannonball to cannonball all the way through

@Xunkun they were using emulators and slowing the game down and using save states. then editing out the save states and playing the video in full speed.
