Dear Downfacingdog, My apologies if I have offended your sensibilities! Oh - I see now your original comment - it was a simple play on the word "humor", and nothing more. I should have just accepted it as it was. Obviously, I touched a raw nerve for you when I described my personal preferences in yoga styles and postures, and launched you into a tirade of obscenities and expletives with no substantive content, nor any constructive purpose. Do some deep breathing to calm yourself.

@panfluteman2000 I meant no disrespect.......what does Greek medicine prescribe for overly serious, highly sensitive fucks like yourself?
Thanks for turning me off of Greek medicine. I don't want to become like you.

Thanks for your comment. I take that as a play on words. However, I was serious, not humorous, in making this video. I see from your username that you're a yoga enthusiast. The pose you indicate in your username is my least favorite; I never do it. However, it is far and away the most favorite of all yoga teachers across the US, because it is the most efficient for trimming the abs and firming the glutes, and fits right in with the "sweatshop yoga" approach that prevails in this country.
