But knowledge of their techniques lets you fight fear with a defined plan of attack, and preparation. But there is no getting around the miserable conditions to come, but education and preparation will help everyone deal with it in perspective.

we can be as positive as we want. But a factual reality exists , backed up by plainly visible data, that shows some rough sailing ahead. I am having problems with youtube.. Something going on on some videos where if you hover the mouse over certain areas the entire screen goes black and you not only cannot see the video, but you cannot see anything, then you move the mouse to other areas and it goes back to normal.. What can cause this.. I am on Google Chrome.. Who can I tell to get this figured out?
