Dip is definitely a LOT safer than smoking. Not only are there no 2nd hand chemicals being released, but it's safer for the user on so many levels - less tissue damage, less chemicals in the product, less chemical interaction due to being ignited, etc. etc.

Actually, CBS just did a story that oral sex is the #1 cause of mouth cancer due to HPV.

Not gone lie my cousin never smoked weed, cigs, and drank only at parties (he was a swimmer so he was always busy), but dipped every day....and just found out he had gum cancer. It CAN happen. Does it happen often? no. But CAN it happen? yes. Thats why they have the logos on the tins. Coming from a dipper myself, I hate it. But shit happens. I blame myself every day fort this shit, because NO ONE in my family has any form of cancer besides him....

thanks so much for this very informative video I just started dipping and I hate the whole stigma that comes with dipping everyone just trashes it it aggravates me I don't understand why ciggaretes are so socially acceptable but dip isn't I train mma and I wasn't aware that cowboy dipped it's good to know other fighters do it because no one at my gym dips thanks alot man great vid

Hell yea man, everything u said is true. I also saw the article u were talking about and it turns out that cases of mouth cancer from dipping rarely arise. Usually its from cigarettes. Dip is where its at
