Actually, it's a perpetual calendar with a Moon-Phase indicator, Citizen has perpetual calendars but they are Quartz, not mechanical.

The best watch maker in the world is IWC other can try to copy... love it so much i bought the mark xvi spitfire, hoping to buy a portuguese next. Its a work of art.

its called astronomical calender,even some citizen watches sell them.with sun/moon phase.
