  • Once he messed up on "Couch", he lost all momentum...

  • They were lenient. The buzzer clearly went off and finished buzzing before she said jockey.

  • "Serviette" drew a blank stare. I think it's only us Canadians who use that word to mean a paper napkin.

  • close call i say if she started saying befeore the buzzer i'd give it

  • Philadelphia, PA

  • Flush took me back to the "Royal" incident with Bert.

  • Gaaaah. Monty was a train wreck on that first attempt! Looks like he learned his lesson. :)

  • This was from 1979. Monty Hall hosted CBS's "Beat the Clock '79".

  • Since "Password Plus" aired from 1979 to 1982, this is the Allen Ludden era, so my guess is between 1979 and 1981. Monty's Canadian version of Let's Make A Deal came from 1980, and I think this episode aired in 1980. To deathboy126, you don't have to be an idiot to learn about old game shows.

  • If the judges were watching closely for gestures; there's a very high chance that Monty would have been disqualified for Violent.

  • Only if he would've said Trash, she would get it.

  • Speak proper English or get the fudge out.
