Puget Sound, WA, USA (inc. Mt Rainier and Mt St. Helens) rendered using Direct3D 11. The application only provides a height map (courtesy of _) and a 64x64 grid of vertices - the Hull and Domain Shader's generate the actual terrain displacement entirely on the GPU.
