wind turbine testing

we testing our 100W spire wind turbine in our factory on 2007/12/27, we make a wind channel for this test, the wind speed from 2.3m to 14m, the tubine start at 2.3m/s wind and arrive 100W at 8m/s wind, when wind speed more than 8m/s, the blades RPM keep same.

Excellent observation, this means that, in theory, if this vertical updraught could be used to drive a secondary turbine, as it would otherwise be 'waste' energy. In this case, if the updraught energy thus generated is, say, 1/2 of the turbine's efficiency (K=50%), we might be able to recover an additional 25% with the secondary turbine, achieving around 75% efficiency! That is gos energetics!
