  • dam ur fine

  • @Claya94 the flowerhorns i saw weren't a mated pair because they are too small, but the female was hiding and was beat up, thats the only problem if they dont want to mate the male would have killed the female so i only got the male to raise, i might be able to find him a mate but i dont have anymore room with tanks, i only have a 46, but i dont want to set that up. If you cant find red terrors flowerhorns are also really nice :)

i like growing them together it takes longer but you get better pairs.

flowerhorns are actually super easy to find where I live

  • @Claya94 ya, but i dont really trust online. I could have gotten a flower horn/texas pair, but it was $225 which is way to much and my local pet store had a male and female flowerhorn, but the male was picking on the female so i only got the male cuz i didnt want to risk it.

My local pet stores have Mayan cichlids and are trying to sell them as red terrors its pretty bad lol I think I'll have to order them

  • @Claya94 haha me too, i love red terrors but i cant find any good ones around. the local pet store gets them in like once every 3 months but they dont look good.

  • @msd1412

    Thanks(:

I'm hoping to find me a pair of red terrors for a new project tank as well(:

  • @Claya94 nice, ya i have a green terror in a 220, it doesnt bother any one if you get lucky, but sometimes they are a real terror. He looks good tho since he is smaller than the others and you have a very nice tank! Im going to sub and i can't wait till updates!

Shes in that tank to grow she will be going to a 180 gallon tank once she is big enough to compete with the other south americans that are in there especially since she is rather timid for a green terror

as for the filter they are small enough so that they dont need two yet but I will be getting another soon so that I can put some more fish in the tank, I'm also going to be putting more rock and try live plants

  • thats a nice tank, but you do know that green terrors get big and they are south american, but your tank looks awesome, i would use 2 filters one on each side but you dont have too.
