@IamlilmissmE That really sucks to hear that. I know the feeling. I've been self harming for years, and anytime someones tells me to help I just can't, I can't let my fmaily know becasue they don't understand whats happening. Luckily I found the hero to look after me, but sometimes rather than being someone else's hero, you just need to be your own first. it sounds so hard, and no-one should suffer alone, but some days just helping yourself is best. I hope you get through!

@frawst04 well thats courage. i hope you didn´t get hurt badly? i am sure i wouldn´t have done the same. i maybe would have shouted at the attacker and then taken her off. but okay may i ask how old you are? i am an 18 year old boy so maybe taking out a girl is just trouble with my pride (because i am also doing kung fu) but maybe for you it´s a lot. it´s good to help others but go sure first you don´t risk your own life while helping. go for help if you get the feeling you can´t do it alone
