In Pieces

My entry for TheonlyDoylie's contest. Was worried I would be late, so I didn't bother fixing some things :P

Story:
Rinoa and Squall meet at the SEED dance and fall in love, but Squall notices that Rinoa is a bit controlling.

The two end up as a couple, and Rinoa promises to Squall never to be bitter or manipulative...

However, a lot of arguments and power struggles ensue, and Rinoa even ends up cheating on Squall with Seifer.

Squall tries fighting Seifer to win Rinoa's love, but ends up scarred, and Rinoa finally sees what her actions have done to Squall. Squall knows it's time to leave Rinoa, but she won't let him go easily, saying how much she loves him, but having done such horrible things to Squall, he feels betrayed by her.

Nevertheless, Squall breaks up with Rinoa, only to see her running back to him. Knowing better, Squall keeps his decision firm.

Rinoa ends up broken by her controlling attitude ruining her relationship with Squall, feeling betrayed, but knowing also that her ways could never afford a bond with Squall.
