Excellent report, thanks. Unwise or unenforced US treaties need be reviewed by congress so US citizens and its territorial citizens and the environment do not suffer from them. Plastics are destroying the pacific ocean also; their is mass of plastic twice the size of Texas in the middle of it brought together by the circular flows of Pacific ocean currents.
