I've never noticed any glitches.
I bought GTA IV the day it came out in the UK but have only played on it like 10 times, it just doesn't seem much fun. Although I'm used to using cheats which I guess kinda ruins it a bit.

That thing with the dead body in the car happened to me once.. I didn't think of it as a glitch, just something random that could happen if you shoot a passenger and he/she doesn't fall out (although falling out is usually the case) The body "fell" out a little later for me aswell when I drove around, but it seemed more like Niko threw her out because it was on a straight road.

The physics for the water is probably coming into the tunnel a bit. Maybe thats why hes up there? Funny shit.
