I didn't know it was a real song on the radio when I was a kid. (12) It was just some song in a piano guitar song book my mom bought in the early 70's.
And yes I hacked away at it on both piano and guitar will NO discernible success. I was a severely left handed girl with a right handed guitar and absolutely
NO rhythm in my strumming arm.
No wonder I sucked (except at brownie camp where they were too young to know the difference) Ah,memories...cut off shorts, halter tops, straight hair.
This one is a classic in the sense that he doesn't have a microphone for his 12 string.
Note he's strapped the guitar on high so it will be picked up from his voice mic.
He's really working his instrument here and knows how to do it to perfection.
