Today I had my second graders form a "planet parade" in the classroom with one student representing the Sun and the others (with signs) as planets in order from the Sun. I played this song several times as we sang and marched around the room. They really enjoyed it. Thank you for creating!

Is Pluto a planet? Apparently not! Poor Pluto as planet, That title was shot... Used to be planet, Ninth from the sun, But now was demoted, To one minus one... It’s ice and rock, Far out in space, With Eris and Ceres, It shares a strange place, It’s a dwarf planet, Orbits the skies, But not a ‘real’ planet, Based on its size!
