@roombafan56001 you can acctualy drive free roam here if you got a R4 and use the no time limit code and go to the cop chases races :D

this game has one of the best graphics on the ds for a racing game of this magnitude. well that ive seen anyways.

free roam is where you can just go wherever you please.but watch out for cops.:)
