  • Recipe - set up three containers 1st - dry tempura batter mix 2nd - prepared tempura batter (1 cup batter to 1 cup water) 3rd - Panko steps 1. Skewer shrimp on stick 2. dust shrimp in dry tempura 3. dip in prepared tempura 4. roll in panko until well covered 5. deep fry at 350 degrees until done I hope this helps
