Cleaning a Pipe with a Retort

This is how you use a retort to clean your pipe. Basically, it's running boiling alcohol into your pipe, cleaning, disinfecting and pulling the tar and nicotine out of the briar. I got mine from a fundraiser for the Sanctuary for Unwanted and Neglected Animals in Silvery Springs, New York. I found it on Ebay. Excuse my big fat wrist getting in the way at one point. Obviously, I'm not a pro.

And yes, I was hiding in my garage so my wife wouldn't get bent out of shape. I'm an idiot, but I'm not suicidal.

Oh, I forgot to mention I got 3 retorts with the kit, not just one.

Sadly, I am taking Xanax, but it doesn't do anything for the shakes. Turns out it's a nasty palsy that's tied into a nasty case of arthritis.

Anyway, yeah, that's why I have a fire extinguisher nearby when I do this, which is only when I ream out my pipes, and I don't tell my wife when I do it. She's had these silly issues since things like the time I tried chainsawing my finger off, or the time I fell off the roof, blew up the garage door opener, and other minor stuff. Can you imagine?

NOW, on to funnier stuff: "IMAGINE????!" - why my Dear Jack, you and I must be long lost Brothers - I too have had a few accidents of that sort - say, between us, we could fulfill many major Prophecies - like the destruction of a 1/3 of the earth...ROFL!!!
