NationalPro - Dunks - 5'7 - 9ft hoop

Finally got around to filming myself doing some dunks. Note that I cannot palm the ball. I find it easy to dunk these hoops right now (was harder in the spring). I've grabbed and pulled down 10ft rim around 15 times. I do not know what exactly my vertical is (I jump off 1 foot (leaper)).

im 5'8 1\2 and i touch as much net as you do standing still, but on 8 foot. dont think its 9

@killerjunior23 I am already grabbing the rim, now i only need to pass the ball trough the rim to dunk it.

Its going to take a lot of time and practice to do it. And since i am not that tall, im now 1,80m. I rather train my shooting skills

@guimara9 its not bad at all man, check my vids out, i touched rim at 14(almost 15) and 5ft7-8 i think it was.. so yeah check my channel and this is what im at now.
