Woman smashed between cars by drunk driver. Eastside Auto vs Pedestrian

Tacoma Wa- November,13 2009 A woman was sandwiched between the trunk of her own vehicle and a drunk drivers SUV at the corner of East 32nd st and Portland Ave. The woman who was standing at the back of her car removing items from her trunk was struck from behind, crushing her legs between the two vehicles. According to a Tacoma Police Spokesperson The drunk driver was headed west bound on East 32nd st and was attempting to park at the curb at a high rate of speed next to the neighborhood pub. When he slammed into the victim. The driver immediatly addmitted to the victims family members and police that he was drunk. The driver was taken into custody. An investigation into the incident continues.

Awww, geez that's awful. If I were king of America, I'd make a law that if somebody's caught driving drunk, his car gets crushed.

If he causes an accident and hurts somebody, then his car gets crushed - with him in it.
