Amazing and scary if you own a Verizon phone. This video contains the recordings of a survey on Verizon Wireless that finds that Verizon misquotes their rates over the phone 93% of the time. NOTE: The video says that it was inspired by the VerizonMath.com story. The correct website is Verizonmath.blogspot.com. VerizonMath.com isn't owned by the guy that did the original work, and I'm sorry it is listed so prominently in the video. And also, sorry for the typo in the third number. Sort of ironic... :)

Verizon tried to charge me 177.75 in oder to reactivate my cell phone. They added all types of federal taxes and equipment charges. Do not sign the electronic signature block. ask them to show the list of charges before you agree to any transaction. They are professional crooks.
