@morelltechyahoocom- A lot of oil from Prudhoe bay get sold to Japan & other parts of Asia. It's cheaper to send it there than other parts of the US, often.

Like anyone would listen to the people of California..lol You all have some many laws that broke your state. Laws that you all put in place just cause you liked the idea and didn't base them on facts.lol I noticed the lib media don't want to talk about how it was found that the so called global warming scare was numbers faked. There is no global warming and you all lied so you could hurt people you don't like. Freedom is what you want to take away from anyone who don't agree with you all.

These people are retards...what did they accomplish with this protest? Besides, Chevron didn't start any war. If they didn't capitalize on an oil opportunity, then there are dozens of foreign oil companies who would jump on the opportunity. In the end you would ultimately have less jobs for people in the US, more money spent on oil imports, and a lower GDP.

Chevron makes all these record breaking profits because they have the Iraqi oil contracts, which in turn is paid for with Blood and US tax Dollars. Makes me wonder if Amercia allows oil to be drilled off our shores and in alaska that we may not even see the oil. These Corps. might export it.
